We do not publish fixed prices online. If any checklist item was not completed to standard, tell us within 72 hours and we return and re-clean it at no charge.
We are insured and we protect surfaces before starting. Report any damage within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or compensate fairly. We test fabrics and stone in an unseen area first and will advise you in writing where an item is already damaged, worn or unlikely to respond — proceeding in those cases is at your discretion.
Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
