What is included

Glass, and everything around it

Internal glass

Cleaned to a streak-free finish with a squeegee and a detail cloth, not a spray and a paper towel. Includes internal glass doors and partitions, both faces.

Frames, beading and seals

Wiped and detailed. Aluminium frames in Dubai collect a fine grey film that is invisible until the glass beside it is clean.

Sliding tracks

Vacuumed first, then scrubbed. Opening a slider before the track is vacuumed grinds sand into the rollers, which is how a door starts sticking.

Rollers and drainage holes

Cleared. Blocked track drainage is why water enters a living room during the two rainy weeks of the year.

Sills and reveals

Inside and out where safely reachable from the floor or the balcony.

Mirrors

Throughout, including the frame top edges that every other contractor leaves.

Honest limits

Spotting versus etching

Fresh mineral spotting comes off with the right acid and dwell time. Glass that has been spotted for years is etched — the mineral has bonded into the surface — and cleaning will improve it, not clear it.

We test first

A corner panel, shown to you, before the elevation is quoted. If the glass will not come back we say so rather than take the booking.

Restoration

Etched glass can sometimes be polished with cerium oxide. It is a separate, slower job and we quote it separately or tell you replacement is cheaper.

Prevention

A squeegee after showering and a hydrophobic treatment on shower screens does more than any cleaning frequency. We will show you rather than sell you a contract.

High level and external

Anything needing rope access or a cradle is separate, permitted work — see facade cleaning.

Yes, by blade at the correct angle with the glass wet. That is post-construction work and is quoted as such, because doing it dry scratches the pane permanently.

Yes, and full-height partitions are usually scheduled outside working hours so the finish is not immediately marked.

Yes, once we know. Tell us before we start — some coatings are on the inside face and abrasive methods destroy them.
