Testing before cleaning tells you whether you need cleaning. Testing after tells you whether it worked. Most contractors offer neither, which is why air quality claims in this market are usually just claims.

What we measure

And what each reading means

Particulates, PM2.5 and PM10

The fine fraction that reaches the lungs. In Dubai homes the two sources are outdoor dust ingress and a loaded AC system recirculating it.

Volatile organic compounds

Elevated after a fit-out, new furniture or fresh paint. Usually falls over weeks; if it does not, something is off-gassing continuously.

Carbon dioxide

A proxy for ventilation. High readings in a sealed apartment mean air is being recirculated rather than replaced.

Temperature and relative humidity

Above roughly 60 percent relative humidity sustained is where mould becomes likely, regardless of how clean the surfaces are.

Mould indicators

Surface sampling where there is visible growth or a persistent smell. We report what is found rather than interpreting it as a diagnosis.

Where we sample

Multiple rooms plus the AC return, because a single living-room reading tells you very little.
