How we approach facade & external glass cleaning.

We clean glass, aluminium, composite cladding, render and stone elevations with chemistry matched to each material and a purified-water rinse, so nothing dries back with a mineral bloom. Hard-water runs from irrigation heads and AC condensate are treated chemically at dwell time rather than blasted; sand film is broken down and flushed, not driven into the gaskets. Frames, tracks, gaskets and the drainage slots along the sill are cleaned as part of the elevation, because that is where the next set of streaks starts.

Access is engineered for the elevation and documented before the crew arrives — ladder and tower for villas and low-rise, mobile elevating platform where the ground allows it, or the building’s own cradle system where one is installed and certified. Method statement, risk assessment and insurance go to your building management or community team ahead of the visit, and permits are arranged where the community requires them. Tell us the building at survey and we will tell you exactly how it will be reached.

Two things we will always tell you straight. Where hard water has been left long enough to etch the glass, cleaning will not restore it — that is glass polishing or panel replacement, and we will show you the difference on site. And where a facade needs restoration rather than washing — failed sealant, chalking paint, blown render — we will quote that as the separate job it is, rather than washing over it and letting you find out next season.

The access method is set by the elevation at survey. Villas, townhouses and low-rise buildings are reached from ground level, ladder or tower; taller elevations by mobile platform where the ground supports one, or by the building’s own cradle where it has a certified system. We confirm the method in writing before the visit rather than improvising on the day.

It can, which is why we do not put pressure on glass. Purified water and the correct chemistry do the work with no abrasion — pressure is reserved for hard surfaces that can take it.

Twice a year suits most properties in the UAE. Coastal buildings and anything next to active construction need more, because salt film and cement dust both bond faster than ordinary soiling.
