Luxury Retail & Boutique Cleaning

A flagship boutique is a set of expensive finishes with a footfall problem. Brass that marks, stone that etches, glass that shows every fingerprint, and a four-hour overnight window in which all of it has to be done.

Finishes that need specialist handling

Where generic contract cleaning does damage

Brass, bronze and unlacquered metal

Common in luxury fit-outs and easily ruined. Lacquered and unlacquered brass need opposite treatments, and a cleaner who cannot tell them apart will strip the lacquer within a month.

Natural stone floors and counters

Marble, travertine and onyx are acid-sensitive. Most commercial floor products are not pH neutral, and the etching shows first in the walkway from the door.

Full-height glass and vitrines

Streak-free to a standard that survives spotlighting. Display glass is the finish a customer looks through at the product, so it is judged more harshly than anything else in the store.

Leather, suede and textile displays

Vacuumed and treated dry. Nothing wet goes near merchandise or display upholstery.

Timber, veneer and lacquer joinery

Micro-fibre and the right chemistry. Silicone polishes build a film that photographs badly under retail lighting.

Fitting rooms and mirrors

The highest-contact, most-photographed area of any store and the one most often rushed at the end of a shift.

How mall and street retail differ

Both, handled differently

Mall locations

Work happens in the overnight window after mall close. Contractor passes, loading dock access, service lift booking and permit filing are all handled by us. We need your store name, unit number and the mall's contractor requirements to start the process.

Street and hotel retail

More flexible hours and usually simpler access, but often shared servicing with a hotel or building operator that has its own rules.

Crew vetting

Named, consistent, uniformed crews with documentation supplied to mall security in advance. Luxury retail landlords require this and rotating agency labour will not clear it.

Merchandise protocol

Crews do not handle stock. Anything requiring merchandise to be moved is done with your staff present, and that is agreed in the method statement before the first visit.

Confidentiality

NDAs signed where the brand requires it, and no photography inside the store without written permission — which also means no before-and-after images of your fit-out on our website.

Fit-out and handover

Post-construction cleaning before a store opening runs in three passes as fine dust resettles. Book it against the fit-out programme, not the opening date.

Questions

Answered plainly.

We work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi retail, including the major malls, and we handle the contractor permit process for each. Tell us the centre and unit and we will confirm what their access process requires.

Detail work between customers, yes. Deep cleaning, floor restoration and glass at height are overnight jobs.

Yes — honing and polishing overnight, sectioned so the store opens on time. This is common in high-footfall boutiques where the entrance walkway wears faster than the rest of the floor.

Stockrooms, staff areas and fitting-room service corridors are in scope and are usually the areas a brand audit actually picks up on.

Both. Most retail clients run a nightly or weekly contract with a quarterly deep clean, plus a separate scope before an audit or a seasonal reset.

Everything runs against a written list.

Scoped at an inspection, priced in writing, and signed off with you before the crew leaves. See the checklist or the full Commercial Deep Cleaning scope.
