Three-pass dust removal
bulk, detail after resettling, then the handover finish

Post-Construction & Post-Renovation · UAEConstruction dust is not dirt. It is fine, mineral and electrostatic — it settles back down twice after the first clean, which is why a single pass never holds.
We work in three passes. The first is bulk removal and protection stripping; the second, after the dust has resettled overnight, is detail work — cement haze off stone and glass, paint spots, adhesive and silicone residue, grout film, sticker glue. The third is the finish clean the day before handover.
The part most contractors skip is the AC system. If the units ran during the works, the ducts, coils and filters are holding the same fine dust, and it will blow back into a spotless room the moment the system starts. We inspect and report on that before you accept the property.

Part of Luxury Deep Cleaning — quoted after an inspection and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Fine construction dust stays airborne for hours and resettles after the first clean. A single pass looks right for a day and wrong by the end of the week.
Yes. We sequence around snagging and final trades so the finish clean is the last thing that happens before handover, not the first.

No phone quotes. An inspection, a written list, and a price that does not move on the day. Fill this in and it reaches us complete — no back-and-forth to establish the basics.
