What a warehouse clean covers
Racking and shelving
Beam faces, uprights and the top of each level. Cleaned in bays so the operation keeps running around us where a full stop is not possible.
Floor scrubbing
Ride-on scrubbing with the correct pad for the finish, then targeted treatment of tyre marks and oil. Sealed concrete and power-float finishes need different pads.
Loading bays and dock levellers
The dirtiest area in most facilities and the one visitors see first.
Mezzanines, offices and welfare
Cleaned to a commercial office standard rather than an industrial one, because that is where your staff and your visitors actually sit.
Extract, fans and louvres
Wall fans, roof extracts and intake louvres cleaned, which measurably improves air movement in an unconditioned space.

How we schedule it
Zoned
The floor is divided and worked bay by bay so only one area is out of use at a time. Slower and usually the only workable option for a live operation.
Shutdown
Faster and cleaner per square metre. Best done over a weekend or a scheduled maintenance day.
Access equipment
Scissor lift or boom for high-level work, with the operator certification and third-party insurance documentation supplied before we mobilise.
Safety
Method statement and risk assessment issued in advance, crews inducted to your site rules. If a contractor cannot produce these for warehouse work, that is your answer.

By area and by height after a site visit. Nobody can quote a warehouse accurately over the phone, and anyone who does is going to revise it once they arrive.
Yes, and for most live operations it is the only sensible option.
Beam faces and uprights, yes. Top-level cleaning needs the level cleared, or the dust simply lands on your goods.
