An office deep clean that shuts the floor for a day costs more in lost work than the clean itself. Ours run at night and over weekends, and the floor opens as normal on Monday.
How we approach office deep cleaning.
The work covers what daily cleaning never reaches: under and behind workstations, cable trays, chair bases and fabric, meeting-room glass and upholstery, pantry appliances inside and out, washroom descaling, and the high-level dust on partitions and light fittings. Desks are photographed before anything is moved and returned exactly as found.
For fitted-out floors we also check the ducted supply and return. Recirculated air in a sealed office is the reason a clean space still smells stale, and it is a cheaper fix than most facilities managers expect.

We can, but we recommend against it for deep work. Nights and weekends cost the same and finish faster because nothing has to be worked around.
Yes — trade licence, third-party liability insurance and staff records are provided to building management ahead of the visit as a matter of course.
