How we approach steam deep cleaning.

Dry saturated steam at the tip does the work heat can do — grout lines, tile joints, sanitaryware, taps, kitchen crevices, window tracks, door handles and switch surrounds — with little or no detergent. It is slower than chemical cleaning, and we quote it that way rather than pretending otherwise.

Steam is not universal. It is wrong on unsealed stone, on some laminates and on anything where heat can lift an adhesive, so we tell you where we will use it and where we will not before the visit.

For sanitising and detail work, usually yes. For grease and heavy soiling we still use chemistry, because heat alone will take three times as long.

Unsealed stone, some laminates and anything adhesive-bonded. We identify those surfaces at the inspection and treat them another way.
