96-point apartment standard
every room, walked with you before the crew leaves

Apartment Deep Cleaning · Dubai & Abu DhabiTower living has its own problems: sealed windows, shared ducting, a service lift you have to book, and a building manager who wants paperwork before anyone touches a trolley.
We handle the access side — lift booking, security passes, insurance documents, and working inside the hours your building allows — so the job actually happens on the day it is scheduled. The clean itself runs to a 96-point standard sized for apartments, from balcony glass and window tracks to the inside of kitchen cabinets and the extractor housing.
Buildings on district cooling need particular attention at the FCU: filters, coil face and drain pan are where the smell in a sealed apartment usually starts. We flag it if we find it, and quote it separately rather than folding it into the price without telling you.
