Whole property while empty
every cupboard, wardrobe and built-in unit, inside and behind

Move-In Cleaning · Dubai & Abu DhabiThe only time a property is ever properly cleanable is the week before you move in, while it is still empty. After the furniture arrives, half of it is unreachable for years.
We use that window fully: inside every cupboard and wardrobe, the backs and undersides of built-in units, behind the white goods, the top of every door frame, the window tracks, and the AC grilles. Handover cleans from developers and previous tenants are usually surface work — bright, but not clean underneath.
Where the property has been sitting empty in the heat, we check the drain traps and the AC drain pan before you take possession, because a dry trap and a wet pan are the two things that make a new home smell wrong on day one.

Part of Luxury Deep Cleaning — quoted after an inspection and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Two to four days before your furniture arrives is ideal — the property is empty, and anything we find can still be fixed by the landlord before you take it on.
Yes. Move-in work concentrates on what is normally unreachable — inside and behind fitted units — because it is the last time those surfaces will be exposed.
