Quotes in this market are rarely comparable.
Two quotes for the same villa routinely differ by three times, and almost none of that gap is efficiency. It is scope. One company empties the kitchen cabinets and pulls out the fridge; the other wipes the fronts and leaves. Both call it a deep clean, because the phrase has no legal definition in the UAE.
The guides below exist to make quotes comparable before you commit. Each one covers a single discipline, explains the pricing models used in that trade and what each model hides, and names the questions that separate a fixed scope from a quote that grows on the day. They are written to be useful whether or not you book with us, and several of them tell you when we are the wrong choice.
If you only read one thing, read how to choose a cleaning company for the four pricing models, then check any quote you hold against the written checklist. If a company will not price against that list, that tells you something worth knowing before you book.
