Health & EnvironmentA sealed, air-conditioned home in a desert climate has a specific air-quality profile: low outdoor exchange, recirculated air, and dust that gets in anyway.
Fine desert dust penetrates through window and door seals, sliding tracks and every opening cycle. Because homes here stay closed, what gets in tends to stay in and recirculate through the AC.
Most residential systems in the UAE recirculate rather than bringing in fresh air. A loaded filter or a dirty return means the same particulates pass through the living space repeatedly.
Above roughly 60 percent relative humidity sustained, mould becomes likely regardless of how clean surfaces are. Coastal properties and rooms with poor extract are where this shows first.
Filter changes on schedule, clean return grilles, working bathroom and kitchen extracts, and ventilating on the cooler mornings of the year. Testing before and after tells you whether any of it worked.
Everything we do is scoped against indoor air quality testing, priced after an inspection and fixed in writing before any work begins.
In a single room, measurably. They do not fix a loaded AC filter or a blocked extract, which are the upstream causes.
More often than the manual suggests in a desert-edge location, and more often again after any construction nearby.
Before committing to duct cleaning, yes. Roughly half of the tests we run end with filter and ventilation advice instead.
An inspection, a written scope and a price that holds. We will also tell you when the job does not need us.
No phone quotes. An inspection, a written list, and a price that does not move on the day. Fill this in and it reaches us complete — no back-and-forth to establish the basics.
