Marble & Natural Stone Restoration · Town Square, DubaiDiamond grinding, honing, polishing and crystallisation — the process that removes scratching and etching rather than burying it under another coat of sealer. We test a discreet area first and show you the result before committing to the floor.
Town Square is newer townhouses and apartment buildings in a large, young, family-heavy community. Podium and street parking with straightforward access, though buildings ask for booked lift slots.
What comes up most often here: construction dust from the surrounding plots and heavy family use on floors and upholstery. For stone it sets the method — how much grinding the floor needs before honing begins, and whether a crystallised finish will actually hold on that surface or simply lock the damage in.
Dust is the clock here. It arrives continuously rather than seasonally, which is why filters and window tracks in this part of the city need attention months before an owner thinks to ask.
The standard itself is published in full: every point we run in Town Square appears on the written checklist, and the supervisor walks it with you before the crew leaves.
Polished, properly sealed stone stops being porous — which means spills, bacteria and grout mould have nowhere to sit. Dull, open stone and failing grout hold moisture and darken over time; restoring the surface is what makes a floor genuinely cleanable rather than merely mopped.
Multi-stage diamond honing to a controlled, even finish.
A hardened, mirror-finish surface with genuine durability.
Ground out at the surface, not filled or disguised.
Mechanical scrubbing, re-whitening and sealing.
A uniform, protected, properly finished line.
Honing and polishing matched to the stone.
Impregnating sealers that do not change the colour.
Outdoor stone and tile brought back after sun and salt.
Marble is usually the most expensive surface in the house and the first to look tired. Restored properly, an entrance hall reads as new — and stays that way for years rather than months.
