A handover clean is a deep clean with a different finish line. Everything is cleaned to the standard an inspector applies rather than the standard a household lives with, and the result is photographed on completion so there is a record if the deposit is ever questioned.

Age is the clock here. Systems and surfaces installed a decade or more ago reach a point where restoration is cheaper than another round of maintenance, and we will tell you when that point has arrived.

We inspect at no charge, agree the scope in writing, work against a numbered checklist, and walk that checklist with you before we leave.
