The Views is canal and golf-facing apartments, mid-rise, with large balconies and substantial glazing. Shared service lifts and booked access windows, with balcony work limited to inside the railing.

What comes up most often here: balcony and glass film from the water and the course, plus soft furnishings holding humidity. For painting it dictates the preparation — how much filling and sanding the walls need, how surfaces are protected, and how long each coat takes to cure in that humidity.

The building sets the clock here. Access windows, service-lift slots and shared risers decide when work happens and how long it takes, so the schedule is agreed with management before anything is quoted.

The standard itself is published in full: every point we run in The Views appears on the written checklist, and the supervisor walks it with you before the crew leaves.

We work in low-VOC and water-based systems wherever the specification allows, so rooms are habitable quickly and the smell does not linger for a fortnight. In homes with young children or anyone sensitive to fumes, we plan the sequence so you are never sleeping beside fresh work.

What it feels like afterwards.

Straight lines where the wall meets the ceiling. No roller texture where there should not be any. Skirting that looks sprayed rather than brushed. The details you cannot un-see once you have had them done properly.

We inspect at no charge, agree the scope in writing, work against a numbered checklist, and walk that checklist with you before we leave. If anything has been missed, you have 72 hours to tell us and we return at no charge. Licensed, fully insured, directly employed crews — we do not subcontract residential work.
