For most household soil, no. For heavy limescale and commercial degreasing, stronger chemistry genuinely works better and the honest approach is to say so.
Dry steam cleans and sanitises with minimal chemistry, and it suits some surfaces. It is wrong for laminate, engineered timber and unsealed stone.
Not automatically. Some natural products are toxic to cats. Ask specifically rather than assuming.
