Will you send the checklist before the crew arrives?
A company working to a written list has one already. A company that offers to describe it on the phone does not.

Dos and Don'tsFive Questions That Make Quotes Comparable
Deep cleaning has no legal definition in the UAE, so three quotes can describe three different jobs. These five questions make them comparable.
Are the cabinets and oven emptied, or wiped?
This single answer separates a deep clean from a strong regular clean more reliably than any other question.
Are the fridge and washing machine pulled out?
If not, the two dirtiest floor areas in the property are not being cleaned.
How many hours and how many people?
Multiply them and compare that number rather than comparing prices. A crew given four hours for a nine-hour job finishes the visible surfaces and leaves.
Who signs it off and what happens if something is missed?
A named supervisor and a stated return window, or a call centre and a hope.
Everything we do is scoped against the written checklist, priced after an inspection and fixed in writing before any work begins.
Questions
Answered plainly.
Only if the scope is identical, which it rarely is. Ask all five questions of the cheapest quote before deciding.
For a whole property, yes. Hourly works for a single room or a partial reset.
That is your answer. It usually means the scope is set by the hours, not by the property.
Questions this did not answer? Just ask.
An inspection, a written scope and a price that holds. We will also tell you when the job does not need us.
