Separated and cleaned on both inner faces. The brown film between the panes is the clearest single test of whether an oven was cleaned or wiped.

Judge the result by the places nobody photographs. If those are right, the visible surfaces almost always are too.
Behind the fridge
Pull it forward. The floor and wall behind should be clean, not a rectangle of grime with a clean border around it.
Window and door tracks
Vacuumed and scrubbed, with the drainage holes clear. Sand left in a track is back on the glass within a day.
The tops of wall units
Run a finger along the top of a kitchen cabinet. In a Dubai kitchen this carries a grease and dust film that comes off in sheets when it is done properly.
AC return grilles
Removed and washed, with the ceiling staining around them cleared. Almost nobody does this and it is immediately visible from below.
