Towers and service lifts
Service lift booking is common and often limited to specific windows. Some buildings require a deposit or a contractor induction before any work begins.
Working hours
Many communities and buildings restrict contractor working hours, particularly at weekends and during Ramadan. Noise-generating work is usually restricted further.
Waste
Removal of packaging, filters and construction residue is regulated by the building or community. Leaving it in the residents' bins is a common cause of complaints and sometimes fines.
